The late Pauzi Husin's interest in plants and keen observation skills helped discovered 3 endemic plants of Peninsular Malaysia: Codonoboea pauziana, a new species of Loxocarpus (both Gesneriaceae) & Oberonia pauzii (Orchidaceae). This obituary commemorates his short yet meaningful contribution to natural history of Peninsular Malaysia.
